When you join PEPA and support our work, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to preserve Purchase's rural character and protecting the community we call home.

We appeal to you to join PEPA because a large membership base enhances our viability, and clout. While there is no fee to become a member, donations are welcomed.

But beyond this, we pledge to you that as we learn more about several very serious pending issues that could affect the quality of life and the environment of the area, we will be your watchdog and make sure that every resident of the community is fully appraised of any issue that could be detrimental to the community.
